FAQ
1. When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped within one business day using USPS, UPS or FedEx, from our Washington, California (Los Angeles) or New York distribution center.
We will email you the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Most orders are delivered in 2 to 3 business days for East and West Coast states, 3 to 4 business days for the rest of the Continental US, 4 to 5 business days for Hawaii/Alaska and 6 to 9 business days for Canada.
2. How much does shipping cost?We offer free shipping within the US for all orders over $39, and a flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $39. Shipping cost to Canada will be calculated at checkout based on the actual carrier rate.
3. What is the quality standard of your products?
Our mask products are produced by FDA-registered manufacturers and we have reliably supplied to healthcare providers who require the highest standard products, including hospitals, state/local governments, and nursing homes. In addition, all of our N95 masks are NIOSH approved and the KN95 masks were selected based on their outstanding CDC filtration test performance.
More importantly, all of our products pass the "mom test" - we (SeattlePPE owners and employees) are confident in the quality of our protective products and we want our mothers to use these products
4. Are masks FSA/HSA/HRA eligible? Are masks tax deductible?
Yes! In Announcement 2021-7, issued on March 26 2021, the IRS clarified that purchases of PPE such as face masks, hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes, for the primary purpose of preventing the spread of coronavirus, "for use by the taxpayer, the taxpayer's spouse, or the taxpayer's dependents that are not compensated for by insurance" are deductible from income for tax purposes, "
As tax-deductible expenses, the amounts paid for PPE are also eligible to be paid or reimbursed under health flexible spending accounts (health FSAs), health savings accounts (HSAs) or health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs). For complete IRS guidelines, please visit see IRS page.
5. Which mask fits me the best?
While all of our KN95 and N95 masks (with the exception of the ALG N95 Molded Cone) are designed as one size fits all (or fits most), please use the following information—based on customer feedback—to help you select a mask that will fit you securely and comfortably:

5. Are my N95/KN95 masks washable?
We do not recommend washing N95/KN95 masks. For non-medical purposes, they can be used multiple times over several days or until soiled. We recommend decontaminate with a UV light after each use.
6. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard , American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Venmo.
7. I want to buy bulk wholesale masks/PPE for my organization. Can you provide wholesale discount, additional PPE products or large quantities not listed on your site?
Yes, we are primarily a wholesale distributor and we supply bulk wholesale masks/PPE for hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare facilities, governments, schools/education institutions and businesses at very large scale. We have many additional PPE products (including various levels of isolation gowns and nitrile gloves) not listed on our website available in bulk for wholesale purchase by organizations. 8. Do you accept returns?Any defective products will be replaced with no additional charge if we are notified within 15 days of product delivery. All non-defective products, with the exception of masks and face shields, can be returned within 15 days in new and unopened condition with a return processing fee of the greater of 10% of the original purchase price or $5.
